JOB DESCRIPTION
FULL-TIME: 40 HOURS/WEEK
SALARY: $16.50/HR
Dickinson Family Farms is a wholesale fruit packer and distributor located in Fallbrook, CA. We specialize in packing and selling multiple varieties of seasonal fruit throughout the year. Our focus is on organic, locally grown fruit with over 30 varieties available throughout the year. DFF is family-owned and operated by our family plus 12 amazing team members. We are looking for more full-time team members and look forward to having you join our team!
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a motivated, cheerful, and hard-working individual to work on our packing line team to sort and grade Organic fruit. This person will need to exhibit strong attention to detail and be able to work at a fast pace. They will be on their feet most of the day and lifting boxes of fruit weighing up to 50#. Our work environment is fast-paced, highly interactive with other team members, and upbeat.
